This is a beautiful property. Perfect location, nicely decorated rooms, the bed comfort was excellent. The views to the ocean were good. Valet service was very fast and efficient. The downstairs bar was terrific. Front desk staff were very helpful. It was good to have coffee available in the lobby before the restaurant opened. The staff were very friendly.

Convivo restaurant has excellent food and service. We were able to enjoy all our meals outside despite cool November weather. The hotel is right across the street from the beach on the cyce/pedestrian pathway making for excellent access to the city's fantastic bike path network.

    No. Not all rooms have a bathtub. We do offer roll in shower only and some rooms ONLY offer a shower.

    Santa Barbara Inn has a 3 days prior to arrival cancellation policy and 7 days prior to arrival cancellation policy for the holidays. Not sure what does BOOKING.COM means. Maybe they will be responsible for the payment if you cancellation within.

    Unfortunately not. We do offer breakfast at Convivo, our on site restaurant, from 7am to 11am from Monday to Thursday and 7am to 10am from Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
