The Seahorse Cottage features a cozy atmosphere on the interior and a relaxing, fun one on the lanai or by the pool with a variety of seating areas along with multiple games such as dart board, foosball table. The home has blackout blinds throughout and curtains on the sliding door in the master bedroom. This home is located in Central Naples, which offers a close distance (about 2 miles) to beaches as Seagate Beach, Clam Pass Beach, and Horizon Beach. You are located only less than 5 miles to Downtown Naples, about 4 miles to Mercato, and surrounded by many different restaurants. The location of this home places you to the center of it all, and the home it self allows you to enjoy with your friends or family and relax during your stay. ADDITIONAL AMENITIES (some optional): - Pool Heating, available upon request, charge applies. - Baby Barrier Pool Fence can be put up before check-in, upon request, at no charge. - On-call cleaning crew (Hourly rates apply, depending on availability). - On-call handyman. - Weekly landscaping and pool maintenance. Before each check-in home is throughly deep cleaned. *If you would like to bring your pets please let us know before, we will need to see a photo. No animals over 20 lbs. There is a non-refundable pet fee for all pets brought, due upon making a reservation. Only dogs allowed. If not notified or an animal over 20 lbs is brought a Damage Pet fee will be charged.*
My husband and I created this home for enjoyment and pure relaxation. We are originally both from Slovakia, Eastern Europe, speaking multiple languages. We enjoy many things such as traveling, exploring the world, skiing, golfing, and fishing. We love to share our space and purely tried to create it to where guests are able to relax and refresh during their vacation or staycation, while also having fun enjoying many activities we have included in the home or what is available in near distance of the wonderful Central Naples location. The southern rear exposure offers direct sunlight for the home, its various activities at the property from the outdoor volleyball net, to games on the lanai, grilling, swimming in the pool, or playing board games. Our property also has 2 bikes, scooter, and a hover board. There is also workout equipment, beach chairs, and many other accessories available to you upon check-in. We also keep a basket with coupons and other activities in the area for our guests to have the opportunity to look and check out during their stay if they choose to. If you choose to stay at the house your whole vacation you will be able to enjoy many activities there as well.
We love the area and neighborhood as the home is at the center of it all, geographically places you close to many different areas within Naples from Mercato, to Waterside Shops, to Downtown Naples, and many options for beaches as well. Even restaurants and breakfast places as well as a short distance to the beach whether by biking or driving there. My husband and I made sure to turn this home into a turnkey property that will live up to standards of a resort-style homeyness. From making sure our home is ready for the next guest to each guest having their own door code per their last 4 digits of their reservation #, we do our best to make sure we offer above standard service to our guests from their check-in. Upon check in we keep 'Hey Google' playing and keeping some main lights turned on for a relaxing welcome. We also welcome our guests with a bottle of wine and a welcome card. Each room features a TV.
