Hard flooring spans the property, and the open floor plan has a sleeper sofa, Smart TV and a well-equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and a tiled back splash. Sliding doors from the living area lead to the private balcony with comfortable furniture and partial ocean views. The bedroom area features a king bed, desk and Smart TV. The bathroom has a large, tiled walk-in shower. Sea Side Villas is a gated community located right in the heart of Hilton Head’s premiere South Forest Beach with 2 pools, a grilling area, sun deck and swing. Elevators are located in both buildings and laundry rooms are found on every floor (coin operated machines). The complex has parking free under the buildings and the surrounding gated, secure community. The Seaside Forest Beach villas are just a short five minute walk to Coligny Plaza which has wonderful shops, bars and restaurants!
