Downtown Rehoboth is uniquely walkable -- no highway to cross to get to the beach -- and I love that I can park the car and walk to everything.

The cottage is in the Schoolvue neighborhood of South Rehoboth. Close to Silver Lake and the elementary school is around the corner and has tennis + pickle ball courts open to the public.
