*Attached Mother-In-Law Suite* Stay warm this winter in our Knowna suite. Enjoy a king-sized bed, living room, full kitchen & outdoor fire pit & patio complete with a hot tub perfectly placed for stargazing. Just a few mins drive away from the gorgeous Horsetooth Res. We are located across the street from Horsetooth’s famous hiking & mountain biking trail, so you can easily visit the waterfall. We offer kayaks for rent at 25% off to guests. We are 20 mins away from downtown. *4 Person HOT TUB AVAILABLE- For your use ONLY* We have a fenced-in three-story home. The downstairs attached mother-in-law is yours. That includes a covered outside patio area just past our kayaks and stand-up paddle boards. There is also an outdoor fire pit. Please note we do live above the Airbnb so you may hear us and/or our dogs from time to time. We do our best to be considerate and always go upstairs to the top floor by 8-10. We provide earplugs as well if needed. If noise is a problem, please let us know via the app and we will do our best to accommodate. For the summer we rent kayaks and SUPs for 25% off to Airbnb guests with priority booking. During the winter we offer free Adult sized snowshoes for the duration of your stay (2 pairs available). We were visiting Fort Collins one da and found Horsetooth Reservoir completely by accident and fell in love. We lucked out with this house as we were looking for a property we could enjoy and also run as an short term rental place. We love hosting and are looking forward to meeting you.
Horsetooth reservoir is 5 mins down the road from the house. We live directly across the street from Horsetooth Mountain's world-famous hiking trails and mountain biking trails. It is a quiet and relaxing neighborhood. It is easy to get to and 20 mins from downtown Fort Collins. We have regular deer families in the yard.
