Tranquility inside a gated complex.  Sol y Mar is the perfect vacation spot for seclusion with all the amenities the Amelia Surf and Racquet has to offer. This 1 bedroom 1 bath oceanfront condo is just steps away from, the pool, private beach, and tennis courts! Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with an open floor plan for your living room and dining room. Smart Flat TV and DVD player with a small library of books, DVD's and board games in the Living Room with a Speaker Sound Bar for your entertainment. The Master Bedroom with an ocean view and a walk-out patio has a King Size adjustable mattress, cable TV, and Blue Ray player for your comfort. Additional bedding in the living room, a pull-out Queen sofa, and a Twin day bed with a trundle bed underneath will allow this condo to sleep 4-6. This unit also includes a full-size washer and dryer. Amelia Surf & Racquet Club is a gated community located on the south end of the island, close to shopping and restaurants and a short drive to historic Fernandina Beach.  There are 2 oceanfront pools and 4 clay tennis courts for your enjoyment, in addition to a private beach walk to the ocean.  This condo will allow 2 car parking spots with availability for boat and trailer parking.   There are no assigned spots for parking.
