Step through the front door and into an open and sunny home with high ceilings and several windows looking out over the adjacent greenbelt. Prepare home-cooked, cost-saving meals in the well-equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, and then dine together at the large table. Gather in the adjacent and very comfortable living area with a gas fireplace and a flatscreen TV, or head out to the large, furnished deck where you can fire up the gas grill and watch for visiting wildlife. This home is also equipped with fast WiFi for streaming movies in the living room and primary bedroom while also using your devices. Solitude by the Sea is ideal for those looking to get away from it all for a while, whether you're spending the bulk of your time at home, exploring the surrounding forests, or heading down to the beach. For local attractions, check out the Cape Mendocino Lighthouse in Mal Coombs Park at the tip of Point Delgada, just a mile south. Slip into your hiking boots and explore the Lost Coast Trail (the Black Sands Trailhead is less than two miles north). Pack your clubs and challenge the nine holes of Shelter Cove Golf Links, less than a mile away. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The area is remote, and the WiFi is satellite. The use of multiple devices, (video games, phones, TV, streaming), at the same time may not be possible.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
