Beautiful Southern style 4 bedroom home with a 2+ acre fishing lake stocked with fish. This is both family and pet friendly home situated on a quiet and peaceful 24 acre lot. Front entrance is secured by double electronic gate making this a worry free and secure property.
We love to communicate with our guests, hoping they enjoy their stay at or beautiful property. Not only we have a fishing lake, we also have an entertainment area in the basement with TV, bar, and pool table. We always welcome both new and return guests.
ABOUT THE LOCAL AREA: Gainesville is known as the “Queen City of the Mountains” and the “Poultry Capital of the World”. Gainesville’s most recent designation as “Hospitality Capital of the World” came when Gainesville hosted the 1996 Olympic rowing/kayaking events.
