Property info

We are excited to offer large 5 bedroom, 3 bath house, with room for family to gather. The property is located on 250 acres with space to roam, walk, play in the snow, and explore. Just a short walk or golf cart ride down to a shared private beach, with lots of activities for the whole family. Guests are free to use all the kayaks, paddleboards, beach chairs, games and toys. It is also close to several ski mountains, (Sunapee 35 mins, Crotched 20,and Pats Peak 15), all great family mountains.

Neighborhood info

The house has a private parking area and is nestled in a private wooded area. Plenty of parking for all your friends and family. You will have the access to White pond lake. It is a semi-private lake with 150 feet long beach access for the camp guests only. There are all different sizes of lifejackets, beach chairs, zero gravity chairs, paddles, and etc. in the boathouse. Please put everything you take out back to the original place after each day of use. Really appreciate. Nearest grocery store: >> 13 minutes to Shaw's in Hillsborough NH. Nearby Ski Resorts: >> 23 minutes to Pats Peak Ski, NH (Ski and Snowtubing) >> 30 minutes to Crotched Mountain, NH (Accept EPIC PASS ) >> 38 minutes to Mount Sunapee, NH (Accept EPIC PASS ) >> 90 minutes to Okemo, VT (Accept EPIC PASS )
