#StayinMyDistrict Twin Falls Pendleton Chic Suite! This basement apartment is Approx. 500 ft.² with King bedroom, 1 full bath, & living area with chaise couch that pulls out to full sleeper. Kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, toaster oven, counter-top burner, microwave, & coffee maker. **NOTE: There is not a stove or oven. Plenty of spices, Utensils and cookware complete with a dining table that folds out with additional seating for up to (4). Living area with couch with chaise lounge and folds out to a full sleeper. Flat screen SMART TV, and comfortable seating. There is a private bedroom with a KING bed, dressers and a closet. Perfect for up to 2 people with additional sleeping area for 2 in living area. Bathroom with tub & shower, and plenty of room. Towels & linens, shampoo, conditioner, basic essentials, a hair dryer, ironing board, and paper products are provided for your convenience. Washer & Dryer for guests use located in basement, which is also a separate common area, shared with the upstairs guest. **Laundry is available from 9am-8pm as a mutual courtesy to not disturb other guests. Private fenced backyard with table & chairs. BBQ Grill and gas fire pit on the patio with comfortable seating. Pack n play is available on request. FREE street parking for (2) vehicles in front of house. This property accepts up to (2) pre-approved, well-behaved dogs with an additional pet fee per pet. We cannot accept Cats due to allergies. Please read and understand our pet policy before booking. **NOTE: This is a basement apartment and there will often be other guests above the space. We do realize that sound travels and we have added earplugs, a fan and a noise machine to help with sound. If you are a light sleeper this may not be a good fit. There is also a “Glamper” at the back of the lot that has a separate yard and enters off the alley. ALL units have completely private and separate entrances as well as Private AND Separate fenced yards.

Centrally located, in what is considered the “Presidential Streets”, between Downtown and the College of Southern Idaho. This is a quiet established residential neighborhood with older homes. Blue Lakes Boulevard is the main throughway in the City of Twin Falls and is 3 blocks from the home. Blue Lakes Blvd has a high commercial density and tons of shopping, dining & amenities. This is where you will find chain restaurants, the Magic Valley Mall, and chain retailers such as Target, Lowes & Costco. Nearby parks include Pierce Park, Harrison Park, Barry Park and Frontier Park.
Historic Downtown Twin Falls (1 mile) is worth checking out. The historic old town covers multiple blocks and has something for everyone.
