Relax with your family at this beautiful Victorian era home in Maquoketa. The home boasts original hardwood and parquet floors and four bedrooms. Parlor, Library and Music room with marble fireplaces. 12 ft. ceilings on the main floor and a spiral staircase. An open concept kitchen, game room with a pool table, TV room and outdoor hot tub. The property includes a large porch, patio, yard and carriage house.
We renovated and rebuilt this beautiful Victorian home to give people in Maquoketa a place to gather together and relax and enjoy what our community has to offer.
Movie Theater, Pizza Pub, local brewery-Maquoketa brewing, Mexican Restaurant, local shops, all several blocks away.
