In the ADK, choose between rooms at our cozy eight-unit boutique motel, or stay in our more spacious two-bedroom home. The Stream House at the Lorca (@thelorca) is located at a bend in the Bushnellsville Creek in Shandaken, NY (good feng shui). It's nestled in the mountains and close to hiking, water, skiiing, restaurants and everything the Catskills has to offer. Roast marshmellows in the fire pits near the stream at night or wake up early for a hike with the mountain sun.

In the Catskills, you’ll find us near a stream and nestled between mountains. Our property features a wooded valley with two contemporary cottages, a large cabin, a streamside house, and a farmhouse, with five total 1907 stone fireplaces and numerous bluestone ruins. The Lorca is minutes from attractions like Hunter Mountain, Belleayre, and Phoenicia, along with top hiking and cycling destinations
