Property info

Beautiful studio in Luau II on the beach side of Sandestin. This studio has been recently renovated and includes new: furniture, furnishings, upgraded full bathroom, kitchenette with quartz and stainless small appliances, and big screen smart TV. The unit also has a sleeper chair that can sleep an adult comfortably. Golf cart may be added for an additional fee. Great pool, cabana bar and deeded beach access. This will be a great condo for a romantic getaway or parents with one child!

Sandestin is a beautiful community that has a lot to offer from deeded beaches to amazing golf courses to the magical Baytowne Wharf. With an array of adult and kid-friendly activities and restaurants, Baytowne has something for everyone.
