Nestled in the foothills of on the west side of Littleton, this delightful sunny basement studio is a charming retreat for our guests. The cozy space features 1 queen bed in the bedroom and a living room with a comfy futon that pulls down for a full bed. With amenities like Wi-Fi, kitchenette, 1.5 bathrooms, and washing machine (for an additional fee), you will have everything you need for an excellent stay. The bathroom offers a refreshing shower and additional items for convenience. But what is really amazing about our property is the LOCATION! We are right at the base of some of the best hiking trails in the area! Also, if you like horses, there is an equestrian center just down the path from us. NOTE: GUEST DAMAGE INSURANCE IS INCLUDED IN YOUR RENTAL FEE. PURCHASING ANY OTHER INSURANCE IS NOT REQUIRED.

We are high school sweethearts (met in 9th grade back in 1988) and have been married for 29 years. We have two children. Our son is home with us and our daughter is in NYC. We love being outside and RVing whenever we can. We enjoy fixing up our home and our yard. We also like just hanging out in our favorite room in the house (our back porch).
