Susan’s Cottage This warm, beautifully appointed home has lots of lovely gathering spaces, making it a perfect rendezvous spot for family and friends. With rich brown walls, lots of comfy seating, trestle coffee tables and a giant white stone fireplace for crackling wood fires, the living room will draw everyone in to enjoy conversation or TV. A Steinway baby grand piano gives added dimension to your time together. The formal dining room seats ten, and the adorable kitchen in the back of the home, with its warm red ceiling, center island and breakfast nook adds an enchanting, nostalgic touch to preparing food together. Pull your besties aside for a snug cup of tea in the conversation nook with upholstered chairs, or bring the kids to the enclosed back porch to play with an assortment of toys while you soak up the sun on a cushy sofa. A spacious king bedroom on the main floor supplements the two pretty queen suites under the eaves upstairs. Outdoors, walk to a nearby beach access or stroll to Laneda Avenue for unique shopping and dining.
