This 2,200 sq ft home displays a contemporary open-plan living space with neutral tones and soft furnishings that will make hanging out a breeze. It's light and airy throughout the day, thanks to the high ceilings and hardwood floors, and come evening the dramatic skyline will add extra sparkle to your night. But that's if you can peel yourself away from the decked terrace and picturesque tranquility towards the backside of the house. Ascend the stairway to your secluded haven with 2 outdoor balcony areas, complete with a BBQ Grill, create the ultimate spot for morning coffees and sunrise stretches in the crisp canyon air. Outside your little hilltop oasis, you’ll find yourself at the very heart of the Hollywood Hills, a stone’s throw away from Hollywood Boulevard.
