Tentrr partners with private and public landowners to offer unique accommodations in beautiful outdoor locations. Our campsites are off-the-grid, meaning they generally do not have access to electricity, wifi, or modern plumbing. Instead, they offer the chance to relax, unplug, and fully experience nature! Each campsite includes a 10'x12' safari-style canvas tent on a raised platform. Larger parties can also use an extra 5-person pop-up tent stored onsite. You'll also have a picnic table, a dry box for storage, and 2 Tentrr Adirondack chairs for outdoor furniture. Please note that heating units and fire pits may sometimes be subject to fire regulations and temporary burn bans - verify with your Tentrr Host and plan accordingly if these items are unavailable. The availability of other amenities like bedding or firewood also varies from site to site (some sites are more rustic and bare-bones than others), so we recommend reading through the listing description carefully before booking. Peace and quiet in the Glade - enjoy wonders of the Smoky Mountains At the Glade campsite you are at the end of the road backing up to land owned by GSMNP. The mountain road ends and you continue up a path to the Glade where there is nothing but nature around you. On both sides of you are mountains and behind you is the Forest leading to the Foothills Parkway. A spacious cabin tent with a queen size bed. All you need is your sleeping bags or bedding. If more than 2, theres a 6 man tent to accommodate which you can set up where you want. There are cots available for cabin tent. Please let us know when you make your reservation if you need so we can set aside for you (they are listed under extras). There is a picnic table and firepit/grill on campsite and a loo with popup privacy tent and a solar shower There is a heater in the cabin tent for those chilly nights(Heater provided from Oct 1st thru Apr 1st). Cabin tent is winterized with a rug on floor and insulated rain fly for warmth. Heater takes off that chill. We are 8 miles from Pigeon Forge TN with all of the attractions one could want - rides, eateries, dinner theatres, Dollywood We are approx 15 miles from Gatlinburg with all Gatlinburg has to offer. Site guidelines Park in our parking lot. We will take you and your belongings up to the campsite.( 2/10ths walk from parking lot) Our office for checkin closes at 6 pm so if you are arriving later than 6 pm please check with us. We will accommodate you if at all possible. Bringing you to your site in daylight is best. IF you have a JEEP we will allow you to drive to the campsite Help yourself to water near the pump house.
