In May of 2022 all 210 square feet of this tiny house was brought to life. Set on family property, safety is necessary here on the Newman Ranch. Video surveillance stays on 24/7. For all you river junkies, the closest put in and or swimming hole “Mill creek” is 5 minutes, driving through the back road I have sketched in the photo gallery. Warm welcoming, peace, and you never wanting to leave is our goal. Set yourself into a journey in The Ozark National Forest.
The closest neighbor to the tiny house is going to be on the right side of the road. There are 2 houses, 1 is beside a carport building. The other is not so easily visible. It is past that house up higher on the hill. Both of those houses are for vacation use as well. But not AirBnb. It’s a family from Texas. Besides that. You can’t visibly see any neighbors from the tiny house. You are secluded from everything besides kids on side by sides and old men on tractors every now and then.
