This hotel does not have breakfast but several places nearby serve breakfast.it did have a large coffee pot, microwave and refrigerator. The room was western rustic as everything is in Red River. The heating worked very well and there were extra blankets and pillows The cute remodeled bath had lots of hot water and water pressure. Super cute place.I will definitely stay again.⭐️⭐️⭐️

perfect location any time of the year. Loved the efficiency apartment vibe it had and easy to walk from room to anywhere in town. This is right next to the lifts (we didn't ski this trip) so there's that too! Great for families!

Alpine Village Suites, hotel in Red River

Offering free storage for ski equipment, this hotel is located in Taos Ski Valley. Guests can enjoy a hot tub and a sauna on site. High Five Ski Lift 5 is less than 5 minutes’ walk from the hotel.

The AVS is what we all imagine a ski village lodge to look and feel like. Funky logistics to get around, but total alpine feel. Room was perfect for me and my kid. Bed was very comfortable with 4 pillows, kid stayed in the loft/mezzanine accessible by ladder - her "crib". Nice bathroom. Heater worked fine. Full mini-kitchen so we made b-fast every morning. Very clean, comfortable. Fantastic location right next to Lift 1 (main base) - we skied 4-5 hours a day. Walking distance to all restaurants. Friendly staff. And, before I forget, a wonderful jacuzzi (fits 7) and sauna that I used every night to sooth my knees.

only thing wish more of the restaurants were open and gift shops, I understand off season, but some people like to travel then without all the noise of a lot of people. Everyone we came in contact with was very nice and professional.

Red River is a beautiful, and in summer, a cool and pleasant place to visit. Red River is a tourist town but has very nice hiking trails and other non-touristy places to visit nearby. My only complaint is that there are very few restaurants that provide vegetarian options.

Red River is a great small, mountain vacation town.

Red River is a great small, mountain vacation town. It is busy during the summer - restaurants and other facilities are somewhat crowded. We love the town because the surroundings are beautiful and the people welcoming. There are lots of outdoor activities such as hiking and fishing easily accessible. The town has lots of small shops which are fun and a moderate variety of restaurants. Town is smaller and the attitude more laid-back than some of the Colorado ski towns. For us the vibe is better here. We've been visiting most summers since the mid-90s - we'll be back.

Love Red River although April is not a great time to go.

Love Red River although April is not a great time to go. If you like quiet and amazing weather it’s ok. Lots of places are closed due to April being between ski and summer seasons. Some will open May 1 and others will not reopen until May 24th

This is a quaint little town with easy access to the lifts. The town is very easy to navigate and can be easily traversed by foot in 15 minutes from end to end. The ski resort does a wonderful job of grooming the slopes in the early morning that kept the surface from icing up.

My first time Red River and we went for a Memorial Day weekend motorcycle rally. Besides attending the rally, I would definitely like to come here for a soothing and relaxing getaway. Next time he able to check out the rest of what Red River has to offer other than the event that was happening on Main Street
