Very charming and spacious. Easily communicated with the host. Very clean and well decorated. The only drawback was the location being a little concerning from the neighborhood, but we had no problems and it was very convenient to OK City. We will definitely stay here again if ever in OK City. Thank you Polly!

Charming Pecan Place is a 2 bedroom one bath and an upstairs loft. This craftsman home is located near Downtown Oklahoma City, Midtown, Paseo, The Plaza district, the Fairgrounds and so much more! The kitchen has been completely remodeled with quartz countertops and penny round backsplash and a farm sink. It is fully equipped with everything you will need to cook a meal: dishes, coffee maker, silverware, knives set, spatulas, baking sheets, pots and pans, wine opener, etc. This home is 1100 sq ft. and features hardwood floors throughout. There are two very comfortable private bedrooms with queen size beds and seating with closets. Upstairs is the loft area with 2 twin beds and a TV. This home sleeps 6 guests comfortably. The house is equipped with high speed WIFI internet which makes it perfect for all guests especially business travelers who require fast internet! There are 3 TV's in the home. One in the living room, one upstair in the loft area, perfect for sending kids or lounging and watching a movie! there is also a TV in one bedroom. The bathroom has a vanity with tub and shower.
