Kick back and relax in this new calm, stylish space. Connect to nature and find peaceful relaxation in many ways. Beautiful views both inside and out. You will find tranquil mornings and sensational sunsets overlooking the small lake. Unwind and soak in the hot tub or cozy up around the fire pit all while taking all that nature has to offer...woods, pasture and wildlife! Enjoy the oversized shower with rainfall, the fireplace or just curl up and take in the view through the endless windows.
The evergreene is conveniently located off of a state highway just 12 miles south of Farmington, MO. It is nestled on one corner of our 40 acres against the edge of the woods on a 3.5-acre lake. If you are looking to enjoy some time in wine country... We are within a 20–35 minute drive of the nearby local wineries. Twin Oaks, Crown Valley Winery & Brewery, Chaumette, Charleville Brewery & Winery and Cave Winery to name a few. For the nature lovers, we are within a 35-minute drive to some nice State Parks such as: St. Joe State Park, Elephant Rock State Park, Battle of Pilot Knob State Historic Site and Pickle Springs Natural Area. Within a 6-mile drive of Fredericktown, it is quick to get to a gas station, Wal-Mart and Harps grocery store and fast food. Just 12 miles north Farmington offers all these and many more dining options.
