Brian and Maria bought this lovely property in November of 2020. Originally, they chose his location to have a home base for their seven children and multiple grandchildren to gather. In between those fun family gatherings, they decided to extend their hospitality to those traveling through the beautiful White Mountains. They want you to feel like this is your home away from home! Maria is a fabulous cook and you will definitely enjoy the delicious breakfasts made with farm to table ingredients. Brian can be found in his big red tractor either mowing or plowing, and keeping the trails accessible. When not in the kitchen, Maria loves to spend time in the greenhouse entry or in the many gardens or apple orchard. The Chamberlains love history and books and invite you to sit in a comfy chair and browse through their volumes if the weather prevents you from exploring outdoors. Their hope is that you will feel relaxed and restored by your stay at The Inn at OxBow Acres.

Five individually decorated rooms, rainfall showers, hearty meals, and great coffee make this the perfect setting for a couple's getaway or outdoor enthusiasts! Gorgeous sunrises, sunsets, and starry skies provide a feast for the eyes! Even though this is a rustic setting, guests love the quality linens and bath amenities that make them feel pampered. Out in the pastures, horses peacefully graze while a variety of birds frequent our feeders. With access to the Androscoggin River and multiple trails to explore around the 24 acres, guests are immersed in nature's beauty.

The inn is within an hour's drive to 8 different downhill ski resorts and in the summer, the ATV trails are close by for those who love to ride.
