Breathe deep and unwind @ The Loft at Meadowbrook Farm Located on a private road on 20+ acres, surrounded by meadows, forests and the Purgatory Brook you'll love lounging by the swimming pond or take a short hike and relax by the riverbank of Purgatory Brook. Here you can enjoy a sitting area with gas BBQ and a campfire. Bring a good book, your painting, fishing, or hiking gear. There is for sure something for everyone to enjoy on our beautiful property and a good cell phone reception.
Bob and Astrid are self-described world travelers. Bob has been in 47 countries around the world mostly for business but also for pleasure and I made it to 27 so far. The couple loves to hike, nature, gardening and of course to travel. Anything India, China, Austria, Australia you name it. They either want to go or have been there. Bob and Astrid stay mostly in privately owned homes or apartments. Nowadays they try to book with other private hosts first. They like the native vibe to travel like this and if they would have followed the touristy paths they wouldn't have seen half as much as they do to travel the way they do. 5 things they cannot live without are Love, Health, Happiness, good food, and wine. Bob and Astrid love to have guests from all over the world to give some of the great hospitality they have received over the years on their travels back to their guests. They are hoping for easy-going clean human beings who like to laugh and enjoy life as much as they do. Their hobbies are widespread while Bob likes to garden and does woodwork (he makes furniture), watching the Celtics and Golden State Warriors playing Basketball and Golfing, Astrid likes to hike with their dogs Pommes and Schnitzel, does art projects, knits and crochets. They both enjoy cooking and entertaining friends and family. Astrid is the CEO of EmbraceYourNutrition a Health and Wellness Experience and Retreat center. Living in California Bob and Astrid run an AirBnb for about 9 years. Now in New Hampshire they would like to continue the hosting experience and they are hoping to create and to write many more positive memories with their guests. Life is good, let's go and live it!
Quiet rural setting in Lyndeborough but only 5 min from next supermarket and restaurants. Close to hiking, skiiing, kanoeing, mountain biking, golfing and many more outdoor activities. Great restaurants around too.
