The best kept secret in Virginia Courtland Farm is breathtakingly beautiful and hosts a wide variety of ecosystems across its vast 100 acres. The property includes a stream (Little River), pasture, forestland, and lowland floodplain. The Manor house was built in 1936. The mansion extension was built in 2006. The entire structure along with the pool house/ Cottage underwent a four-million renovation in 2016. Historical relics have been mined on the property. Several civil war musket balls have been found. It is believed that confederate regiments camped on our hollowed grounds. We are currently mining for the badges that would identify the regiments. As part of the stay, our guest gets to enjoy dining by one of our in-house cooks or Michelin Star chefs. Swimming in our heated, commercial pool. Relaxing with a glass of wine on our 100-foot deck or 200-foot terrace. Hiking, jogging and interacting with nature on our historical grounds.
