    “I love the location! It had an incredible view of Bear Lake and was a 20min drive to Beaver Mountain Ski Resort. There was plenty of beds for a large gathering.”

7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Sleeps 30. Theater Room, great room, basement family room, and loft to read or play games. Covered deck with grill and gas fire pit. 1.5 acres forested property. Located close to Bear Lake Marina, Garden City park and beach, Beaver Mountain ski area, ATV/snowmobile and mountain bike trails and tubing/sledding hills. Wheelchair accessible. Basement family room has a gas fireplace and kitchenette with a mini fridge and microwave. Hot tub. Foosball table, ping pong table, some yard games, toys for kids.
We have built this home for our future retirement in mind. Allowing for space for our children and grandchildren to come spend time with us. Tammy has MS so we have built the home with wheelchair accessibility if needed in the future. We live an hour away from Bear Lake in Cache Valley and Love to come to Bear Lake! It is our happy place. We have 4 grown children and 7 grandchildren. We live in Cache Valley an hour away. We are available by phone and have a local person available for emergencies. Just call if you need anything.
There is a wonderful new adventure park next to our subdivision. It is called Bridgerland Adventure Park. It has a swing, ropes course, alpine type slide (with tubes, zipline, rock climbing walls and the best hamburgers in town! We are close to the town with lots of restaurants, famous raspberry shakes, shopping, ATV rentals, boat rentals, snowmobile rentals, beaches, trails for hiking, mountain biking, atv rides, snowmobiles and snowshoeing. Car or ATV is the best way to get around.
