Walk down the 86-step staircase to this secluded, unique property with a private dock. Guests may tie up to the private dock only for loading and unloading, day use only. Two kayaks and lifejackets are provided for an exciting day on the water. Brownsville Marina and Boat Landing are nearby for overnight boat tie-up. Whether you love beachcombing, curling up with a book by the fire pit, or sitting by the dock on the Bay, this property is peaceful and quiet with breathtaking views.
