Welcome to The Riverfront, located in the heart of Laconia. The Riverfront is connected to Lake Opechee with Private access to the water with a day dock to enjoy the view. Off the queen room there is a private deck with a Riverview with a grill to cook on. Moving into the backyard there is a pergola with outdoor seating with a large couch, picnic table and more chairs and tables. Another larger grill is provided out back for your use only. 2 kayaks are provided to explore the lake as well. The 3 season room is equipped with a 65 inch tv and a pool table. The king room is equipped with a 55 in tv, queen room with a 50 in, living room and pool room 65 in. All of these are smart tv's and come equipped with Netflix and Youtube Tv. The property is walking distance to downtown Laconia. Nearby Weirs beach, Lakeport Opera house, Bank of NH Pavilion, Gunstock ski mountain and many more local attractions all 10 minutes or less away.
Hi i’m steven, I am 28 years old and have lived in the area my whole life. I have spent time living traveling and living in Florida and Texas as well. Some things I enjoy doing are traveling and being on the lake.
300ft down the road is a peaceful walking trail (wow trail) where you can enjoy morning walks with a view. Walk to downtown Laconia and checkout Wayfair coffee or Trilium farm to table, O steak and Seafood, or Fratello's. Gunstocks skiing Mountain is a few miles away.
