The Shire and The Dales The Shire and The Dales at West Haven are 2 exclusive gated subdivisions within the community of West Haven in Davenport. Located just off Ronald Reagan Boulevard and only 2 minutes from Champions Gate they are perfectly positioned just 9 miles and no more than 15 minutes from Walt Disney World.
