This 3 bed/1 bath cottage is super cozy! Newly refurbished, this spacious 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom residence features a charming front porch and sunroom that looks out at a serene garden. Spots Nearby:  * 1 mile from the brand new Twins Creek Marina and Dry Creek Beach  * 1 mile from the Bass Club which has docks great for fishing * 1 mile from Winchester City Park which has tennis, frisbee golf, basketball, tennis, a huge playground overlooking the lake

The property is on a convenient and visible road.  The property is located very close (approximately 1 mile) to the Winchester square where restaurants and shops are located.  The closest grocery store is Walmart which is about a 10 minute drive.  * 1 mile from the Winchester city square with great eateries and a vintage movie theater * 10 miles to the University of the South * 20 miles from the famous Jack Daniels Distillery. * 20 miles from the Caverns in Pelham which hosts awesome Concerts in the Caverns !
