LIVING AREAS This split-level home features three floors of luxurious living space. Get cozy around the gas fireplace in the first-floor living room, where a sectional offers comfy seating. Watch favorite shows on the 50” flat-screen TV. On the second floor, a second living area offers even more social space with a 55” flat-screen TV, two love seats, and a mini fridge. KITCHEN & DINING The well-equipped kitchen features granite countertops and a full suite of appliances. Thoughtful touches include a toaster oven, coffee maker, and a 30” flat-screen TV. A large kitchen island provides ample space to prep meals as well as seating for four. The dining table seats an additional eight.
