Even when you are inside, the wall of windows from the great room brings the beauty of the outside right in. Open concept living in the huge great room allows for your entire group to gather while watching the 55" flat screen TV, cooking, dining, playing games or just relaxing. Watch the turtles swim by, the dolphins play and the seagulls soar from the comfort of the living area or from one of 2 spacious balconies. The well appointed, high end kitchen makes cooking a pleasure with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a large pantry, and gorgeous cabinetry. All this and an array of small appliances provide everything you'll need to make a gourmet meal or just a snack. There is comfortable dining room seating for 8, 3 more at the breakfast bar and an additional option out on the balcony. A beachy queen bedroom with flat screen TV, full bathroom with access from the bedroom and/or the hallway, and a full-sized washer and dryer are also on the main level. Upstairs you'll find the king-sized primary bedroom with en suite bathroom which includes a jetted soaking tub, separate walk in shower, double sinks/vanities and a private water closet. The large private balcony off the master is the perfect spot to watch a spectacular sun or moon rise over the gulf. There is also a coffee station here for your first cup in the morning!
