The manager is very kind and available. They gave me very detailed instructions. I arrived late at night and I found it easy to access the room. I appreciated that I could leave my bigger luggage downstairs.

Large studio in historical 19th-century brownstone. Original woodwork, high ceilings, large window, and a lot of light. Private vanity with large closet, and work station. Gorgeous fireplace. The unit is very bright and features 2 twin-size beds that could be put together to form one queen-size bed. Comes with AC. The bathroom and kitchen are shared. Bedding and all the necessities are provided. The host resides on another floor and is available if you need anything.
There are a few nice restaurants in the area with authentic African cousins. St. Nicolas Park is 2 blocks away with Hamilton Grange National Memorial in it. City College Campus on the other side of the park. There are multiple galleries in the neighborhood and a few graffiti murals. Striver's Row is the next block. These are collectively recognized as gems of New York City architecture, and "an outstanding example of late 19th-century urban design" according to Wikipedia. Easy transportation. A, C, 2, and 3, trains within a few blocks. Subway 24/7. Only 20 minutes to midtown. Street parking is available as well as a few paid garages.
