This is a lovely two bedroom home in a quiet neighborhood with private pool. The pool can be heated during the winter season. Let us know if you need that fee added. There is a queen pull out sofa bed in the 2nd living room and we also have a single fold out cot that gives in total beds for 7 persons. We are very focused on cleanliness, maintenance and constantly upgrading or adding amenities to our places. We are always just a quick text away for any needs at all! Please note that there is a cleaning fee for every reservation if it doesn't show up in your total, it will be charged to you at the time of check in. Closest beach to us is Manasota Key Beach, about 8 minutes by car. There are many beaches to choose from, all within 15 minutes from house. Grocery shopping is about 5 minutes away from us by car. Walmart and Publix.

Welcome! Lucky and Jason love to travel and have homes in fun places. Lake front Wolfeboro NH, Provincetown, MA, Venice Florida and Sarasota Florida. Also have a great place by the beach near Tamarindo Costa Rica.

South Venice offers a laidback, old Florida charm. Guests like the quiet, residential vibe, with lots of mature palm specimens around. Shaded Oaks line the peaceful streets, great for morning walks or bike ride. Another huge draw is the abundance of prehistoric shark teeth to be found on the beaches! A sand sifting tool is perfect for the hunt! There's kayaking on the intercoastal waterway across to the beach. There are two kayaks at the house for you to use. So much fun and very easy. There are two bikes at the house and we are very close to the Legacy Trail access point that goes all the way to Sarasota if you'd like and such a beautiful sightseeing trail. We also have the Venice Rockery for the birding enthusiasts. Sunset is when all the bird return to roost for the night. Downtown Venice is a delight, lots of great restaurants and boutique shops, perfect for those family souvenirs and gifts!
