Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. It is a newly renovated unit with plenty of old school Florida home vibes. This house is one unit in a quadplex. Location location location! 8 blocks from the ocean. 10 minute walk to the bar & restaurant scene. 15 minute drive to Mayo Clinic. This is an upstairs unit that is apart of a quadplex. You will have to walk up about 20 stairs to enter the unit. There is a key code to enter the unit. I live nearby and am available if needed at a moments notice. Check in is contactless and we will not need to interact in person unless you need something. The house is in a quiet neighborhood on a road full of multifamily homes. It is a straight shot to the beach, only about a 10 block walk. The unit is an upstairs unit in a quadplex. There are other guests staying in the same home but your unit is completely private. Kind of like a very small apartment building.
