Welcome to Woodchuck Sanctuary, Your perfect vacation getaway in Roxbury Catskill Mountains. A spacious living area with fireplace, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and office , outdoor living space, sun room, BBQ and outdoor fireplace - all inviting You to relax and entertain in style. We are 7 miles to Plattekill and 10 miles to Belleayre Ski Center. Centrally located near multiple wedding venues and hiking trails all around . Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place.
