Wake up each morning to a breathtaking sunrise at this Sanbornton home, gorgeously situated on the western shores of Lake Winnisquam with an easy drive one hour from the Massachusetts border and 12 minutes from Route 93. With 90 feet of lake frontage outside your back door and shallow water (2-4 feet off the dock), this is a place for swimming, floating, sunbathing, boating (you can tie up to the 40-foot dock), or fishing for trout, salmon, bass, white and yellow perch and more. If you have your own boat or rent from Winnisquam Marine, the Winnisquam sandbar is close by for a full day of play. This three-story home makes the most of its lakefront setting with gorgeous spaces to gather and relax outside.
