You'll enjoy a prime location within an easy walking distance to the Avon Fishing Pier, many restaurants, and Club Hatteras. Enjoy refreshing cocktails on the furnished, covered deck equipped with two beach chairs, three chairs, and a high table, perfect for outdoor gatherings. Back inside, the open layout combines the living, dining, and kitchen areas; each one of them is well furnished, spacious, and comfortable. The living area offers guests two sofas, a ceiling fan, and a large, wall-mounted flatscreen TV with cable. When dinnertime comes, the dining table can seat up to five guests and the small island offers two more spaces. The fully-equipped kitchen will have your back when it's time to feed your guests. The main bedroom suite has a Jacuzzi and direct access to a deck with some of the most amazing views in the outer banks. This retreat's deck also offers its own private staircase directly down to the beach access. Community amenities include a sparkling outdoor pool and a private boardwalk to the beach. Come to the Island for your vacation! Things to know: This condo is on the first level, up to two sets of stairs, at the Islander Condominiums. You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.
