Three bedroom and 2 Full bath home in a unique location. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry room located on first floor, along with a spacious and comfortable living area with ROKU TV. Bedrooms and bathrooms located upstairs, with each bedroom fully-carpeted and equipped with ROKU TVs. Master bedroom suite has adjoining full master bath.

This home is not located in a traditional neighborhood, but rather a corner lot, which is next a major throughway. You will need a car or ride share service to get around town. This home is conveniently located between the major cities of Cincinnati and Dayton. Tons of great restaurants, shopping, and local breweries to explore!
