It is an apartment on the third floor, it does not have an elevator but the stairs are wide and comfortable with landings. It is independent from the building so it is more intimate and not at all enclosed. It is very bright, comfortable and well equipped. It has towels, sheets, blanket and coverlet. An en-suite bathroom, with a 20-litre heater, washing machine, clothes dryer and heat-fan. You also have 1 fan and 2 air conditioners, 1 mobile and 1 fixed. Television with Chromecast system so you don't miss Netflix or surf the internet since you have included fiber optic Wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped so that everything is comfortable for you, including an air fryer, refrigerator with freezer, 4-burner gas stove and another 2-burner electric stove, kitchenware, electric jug, coffee maker, blender with coffee grinder, plates, glasses, tea set, juice jugs, platters, cutlery and all types of kitchen utensils. The living/dining room is an integrated area, with a very cozy armchair with natural plants and a dining set for 2, but you can integrate 2 more folding chairs in case you have visitors that are also included in the apartment, with an articulated wooden table for camping.
