Просторная, чистая, комфортная двушка в панельном доме, мини-маркет прямо перед подъездом, вокруг есть фастфуды, рынок, минут 15 до супермаркетов покрупнее. Есть кондиционеры и все для того, чтобы самим готовить. Хорошее расположение, в пешей доступности телебашня и центр плова. До метро Шахристан минут 10 пешком, но, как показала практика, из-за больших перерывов между поездами часто удобнее пользоваться автобусами, их остановка тоже перед домом (Яндекс транспорт показывает маршруты).
