Excellent location close to the Ben Trang market and Ben Viu walking street, Le Pasteur street and it is more like living in amongst local life. Excellent welcoming helpful staff, Sophia in particular who is the manager is outstanding with her lighting follow up, responses to queries and wise reliable recommendations. She is always checking to ensure you are comfortable. It was very very very hot and the pool was heavenly to use and such a great view.

Nice spacious apartment with a balcony to sit and watch the city, great location to walk to markets, bars and restaurants especially liked having a washing machine and fully equipped kitchen. The pool is nothing special but nice enough to cool down after a day of sightseeing.

The owner is very responsive and supports immediately if there are any problems. The room was spacious, housekeeping did a fine job. The kitchen and fridge was clean, Air Conditions did work, had one malfunction which was fixed immediately by maintenance after reported to the owner. Hot water under the shower on the 14th floor, an unusual thing in Asia. The pool is clean and nice. The security staff of the building is running “the show” after hours at night and they are also educated, unproblematic and easy going. Great customer service.

Amenities in the apartment were excellent. Spacious apartment, great kitchen area which included a large fridge and sitting area. The apartment also had great natural light. Bathroom was very good and spacious, with great water pressure and a washing machine. Great air conditioning across the whole apartment. Room also had small balcony. Apartment and the hotel in general, were very clean and very well kept. The hotel also had a good pool and fitness centre. Very central location. Restaurants, cafes and bars on your doorstep. Five minute walk to the walking street. Sophie the host was also very helpful and accommodating, allowing us a late check out as our flights weren't scheduled until the evening. There is also a very good quality restaurant down stairs on the ground floor of the building.
