Stunning hotel. Unreal value for money, would expect to pay a lot more for what you get. Stunning lobby and facilities in general. The room is very big and modern and exceptionally clean, with a great bath and shower. The bed was very comfortable. Great location as could rent one of the bicycles (for free) at the hotel and only a 10 minute bike to the beach. The staff were exceptional, very helpful smiley and polite. We had a particularly great service from Phat who helped us book our boat trip and went above and beyond to help us. The food was amazing. The gym facilities were great too, a lot of different machines that were multi purpose. The massages we had were the best we’ve ever had. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Ha Long Bay.
