Wonderful hotel! My room was spacious and clean. WiFi worked well and there were no strange smells or anything (I saw in other reviews that people mentioned that). The location is pretty good. It's close to the city centre, market area and some pagodas. There are stores and restaurants nearby plus they have a cafe on the first floor of the hotel which is very convenient and the coffee they sell there is quite good (famous Vietnamese brand) and the staff is super nice. The hotel staff is very nice and welcoming as well! They speak good English and the receptionist that i communicated with was very helpful - he helped to find a bus to Can Tho and also organised a taxi for me to get to one of the temples. The taxi driver was the best, btw, and spoke English very well! :)

It seemed a little expensive for what it was compared to other places I stayed in VN, but I think because Tra Vinh does not get a lot of tourists, there is not as much business for hotels here. I was very happy with the room and staff here. I would stay again and recommend.

The staff were very friendly and helpful with booking taxis and providing recommendations for places and restaurants to visit. The bed was lovely and comfortable, and the rooftop bar was a nice touch as a place for an evening drink. We didn't find the park below noisy at night (most of the noise died down before 'bed time') and it actually made for a nice place to visit in the evening, as it came alive with families enjoying the space at night. Located on a lovely street close to lots of restaurants and cafes

The room was very light. The view was good through the very large windows. The staff were very helpful. Although the room was on the fourth floor and there was no lift, we could have had a room on a lower floor by paying a little more. This seems reasonable.

Hotel was beautiful with lots of plants and greenery. It's in a very convenient location that was off the main road so it wasn't too noisy. Breakfast and coffee included was delicious.

Wir hatten zunächst das günstigste Zimmer gebucht, um bei der Ankunft festzustellen, dass es (teils über die Außentreppen) in den 4. Stock ohne Lift in ein sehr kleines Zimmer ging. Was hab ich geflucht! Ich hatte zuvor an keiner Stelle einen Hinweis auf diese Gegebenheiten gelesen. Wir haben dann gegen Aufpreis (100.000 pro Etage) in ein Zimmer zwei Etagen tiefer gewechselt: groß mit guter Ausstattung, geräumiges Duschbad. Kleiner Tipp: Man sollte die Bewertungen lesen; nur aus denen geht hervor, dass kein Lift existiert. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
