Additionally, alarm-triggered surveillance cameras monitor front entrance and backyard. 👶 Children’s Safety – Families are always welcome! To keep little ones safe, children under 12 must be supervised at all times. 🏊 Pool Safety – Enjoy a refreshing swim! For safety, children under 8 must always be supervised. A pool cover is available upon request. 🚪 Visitors & Gatherings – To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, only registered guests may stay. If you'd like to have visitors over, please check with us first. 🐾 No Pets – To ensure an allergy-friendly space, pets are not allowed on the property. 🚭 Smoke-Free & Vape-Free Property – To keep the air fresh and enjoyable for everyone, the use of tobacco, cannabis, or vaping products is strictly prohibited on the property. 🧹 Cleaning Service – Available upon request for R350 per day.
