PROPERTY DETAILS: Cute and cosy separate entrance Flatlet off the Main House, with a safe, homely feeling. Front door entrance t o the Flatlet on the inside of of the property garage, with Flatlet located at the back of the garage. The well-equipped kitchen has a a kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave oven, full sized fridge and a washing machine. The bedroom has a king size bed (or if preferred, then two single beds when given a minimum of 48 hours notice). A single bed can be pulled out of the cupboard in the lounge (often used when guests book for 3, with ideally max 2 adults 1 child, however exceptions will be considered, if arranged in advance). Ensuite bathroom with shower into bath, with leatherette roller door (i.e. not very sound-proof). Two separate work spaces for work-from-home options. Ample amount of built in cupboards throughout. View of an inner courtyard from the lounge, but no view from the bedroom (there is a bedroom window, but there is no view). Smart 32 inch TV with OpenView channels and Netflix streaming. WiFi speed measures at 100mbps at time listing created (subject to service provider, not within our control). Freestanding fan in lounge, ceiling fan in bedroom. Secure parking for maximum 1 vehicle parked in the driveway in front of the left hand side garage door, behind a secure driveway gate. We do not have extra parking space for more than 1 vehicle, so if you arrive with more than 1 vehicle, the extra vehicles need to park outside the driveway gates. BOOKING CONDITIONS: We will please require the following from you prior to check-in:- 1. A signed copy of our booking form, detailing our terms and conditions applicable to your booking, which will be sent for signature. We also require a copy of your Identity document for verification purposes. This copy is discarded responsibly after your stay is completed. 2. Check in time is from 16:00 (4pm) and check out time is by 10:00 (10am). 3. We will request an additional refundable security deposit to be paid by you prior to your check-in. This will be refunded to you by instant payment on the same day as your check-out if there are no damages, breakages or penalties to impose. If there are deductions required, the refund due to you will take longer. HOUSE RULES: 1. No parties or unauthorized events. 2. Strictly no pets allowed unless pre-authorized by us and disclosed upfront at the time of booking. A pet-fee applies. 3. Quiet time from 9pm out of consideration of the immediate neighbours. 4. No additional day or night visitors are permitted without advance written permission from the host. Additional visitors may attract additional guest fees. 5. Strict non-smoking policy INSIDE the property. Smoking is only permitted outside. 6. No tampering with the CCTV cameras. 7. Even if we opt to charge a separate cleaning fee, we still have an expectation of you too leave the property in a fair and reasonable condition. 8. Contravention of House Rules is subject to a penalty of R2,000 per contravention and may result in your booking being terminated mid-stay and having to vacate without refund.

The property is located in the suburb of Mindalore, Krugersdorp, Johannesburg which is conveniently located close to colleges, universities, hospitals for students and business persons. However, some tourists have also found our listing to be well suited for exploring the West Rand, Cradle of Mankind, Hartebeespoort and Magaliesberg area. If you have your own vehicle, it is easy to explore the rest of the Gauteng area from the quieter location of Mindalore.
