Newlands is known as Cape Town’s ‘green’ suburb - located against the eastern slopes of Table Mountain and only 15 minutes from the centre of Cape Town city. This leafy, upmarket suburb is virtually on the perimeter of Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens and close to Newlands Forest. Several restaurants in Newlands have earned accolades in the ‘Eat out’ guide; local coffee shops and bistros provide good opportunities for informal lunches, business meetings and morning tea. As Newlands is so beautiful, it is a perfect environment to take a stroll (or run) to the beautiful stream at the bottom of our road. I offer secure, off-road, undercover, parking should you hire a car and it is a very common route for UBER so average wait is no longer than 5 min.
