In October 2020 David joined the Stellar Family. David is a qualified chef and has since taken the culinary experience to another level. Food is not just food and David’s main ingrediency is love and passion, which combined, with whatever mother nature is gifting, he conjures into bespoke meals.

Since October 2018 Stellar Overberg Travellers Lodge welcomes you to four spacious double or twin rooms, a family room, and a family cottage. Each unit is furnished with the same high standard and tasteful décor. Our bespoke Breakfast is served to you in your room or on your private patio.

Stellar Overberg Travellers Lodge is situated on the Stellar Overberg Farm in the town of Napier, the Overberg District in the Western Cape province of South Africa. Napier is the Heart of the Overberg. Located ideally for visits to the close by De Hoop Nature Reserve, the historic fishing village of Arniston, and Cape Agulhas, the most southern tip of Africa, as well as to the walker bay. Whale season is between June and December each year. The Stellar Overberg Farm is an animal friendly farm, where you will experience the best of rural farm life with free roaming animals living in harmony. Depending on the season, you will encounter moderate work in the vineyards, olive grove and vegetable gardens.
