*** NB NB: Please note that the Zimbali Resort welcome centre has a strict 48-hour turnaround to process all guest ID’s and that way provide access to the resort. As a result, bookings with less than 48hour notice cannot be confirmed as guests will not be able to access the Zimbali estate. Zimbali require an ID or passport or driver’s license copy for every guest. ****NB Uber & Taxi: Unfortunately, Zimbali does not allow arrival or drop-off inside the estate by Uber/Taxi and would recommend hiring a car. ****No day visitors are allowed into Zimbali Coastal Estate. A beautiful 4 bedroom Zimbali Holiday home in an excellent location, over looking the golf course & ocean, close to the Fairmont Resort. with backup power recently implemented! The stunning, open plan décor & design are sure to impress with backup power recently implemented! Entertainment includes pool table, private swimming pool & lovely outdoor patio with braai. All 4 bedrooms are situated upstairs and are en-suite. There is a sleeper couch in the lounge downstairs for a further 2 children(strictly under 12yrs old) The maximum occupancy of the house is 8 adults and 2 children (under 12). Fully equipped kitchen Includes daily cleaning apart from Sundays & Public Holidays. Important Information on Zimbali:  We require a completed ZEMA Form, ID & birth certificate copies (kids) of each guest at least 3 days prior to arrival, to arrange entrance with ZEMA. There is an Admin charge of R 250 should documents not be submitted at least 2 days prior to arrival  Ensure that every guest carries an ID or driver’s license so that copies can be made at the gate  Keys will be presented to you upon arrival at the Welcome Centre against copies of ID or driver’s license of each member in your party.  ZEMA only provide 2 (two) access cards per house/booking. Additional access cards will be charged @ R100 per access card.  No more than 8 adults and 2 kids (under 12) allowed in this 4 bedroom unit will be allowed to stay overnight at the house booked for your group. This includes children. If this rule is not adhered to, a fine will be issued and guests risk eviction by Zimbali Security.  No parties / events or functions – noise restrictions / no noise after 10pm  Zimbali is not a swimming beach  Guests are not allowed during your stay  Please ensure when booking more than one house at Zimbali that no items are removed and utilized at another hous
