I come to Georgia often and stay in different hotels, but I chose to return to the hotel again and again mainly because of the excellent service and the pleasant atmosphere. I would like to especially mention ELENE from the reception. Every time I needed help, Elena gave me personal, patient and professional attention, and always went above and beyond to assist with any request or question. Thanks to Elena, I felt right at home, welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. My warm opinion stems from both the hotel itself and the exceptional service of the staff. The reception staff always greets me with a smile, courtesy and a genuine willingness to help. There was no request I made that was not answered and fully supported by the staff. The hotel is very clean, pleasant and well-maintained, the atmosphere is inviting and the stay is always comfortable. The restaurant is also clean, the food is good and the service is courteous and efficient. The location is close to everything and is accessible everywhere by taxi. Special thanks to Elena and the entire Ibis City Tbilisi team for their professional, warm and unforgettable hospitality. I am very happy to come back and stay here every time I visit Georgia. אני מגיע לגאורגיה לעיתים קרובות ומתארח במלונות שונים, אך בחרתי לחזור שוב ושוב למלון בעיקר בזכות השירות המעולה והאווירה הנעימה. ברצוני לציין במיוחד את אלנה (ELENE) מהקבלה. בכל פעם שנזקקתי לעזרה, אלנה העניקה לי יחס אישי, סבלני ומקצועי, ותמיד עשתה מעל ומעבר כדי לסייע בכל בקשה או שאלה. בזכות אלנה הרגשתי ממש כמו בבית, רצוי ונוח לאורך כל השהות. חוות דעתי החמה נובעת הן מהמלון עצמו והן מהשירות יוצא הדופן של הצוות. צוות הקבלה תמיד מקבל את פניי בחיוך, באדיבות ובנכונות אמיתית לעזור. לא הייתה בקשה שהעליתי ולא זכתה למענה ולהירתמות מלאה מצד הצוות. המלון נקי מאוד, נעים ומטופח, האווירה מזמינה והשהות בו תמיד נוחה. גם המסעדה נקייה, האוכל טוב והשירות אדיב ויעיל. המיקום קרוב לכל דבר טוב וזמין לכל מקום במוניות. תודה מיוחדת לאלנה ולכל צוות איביס סיטי טביליסי על אירוח מקצועי, חם
