Lovely apartment, well equiped, comfy bed with suberp matresses and pillows. Very clean (Thumbs up for the cleaning lady); loved the country feeeling atmosphere/furnishings. The daybed was also wonderful. Upon arriving we found different treats: a couple of luxurious cakebars, milk and orangejuice, jogurt, etc. The apartment also consisted of a washingmachine, an oven and a microwave (which we didn't use).

on arrival we were welcomed to the property by Alex. nothing was to much travel and made us feel very relaxed. the bar area is fantastic with a welcome warming log fire and the quality of ales/cocktails on offer were excellent especially the Negroni 🤪 the best was yet to come as we had booked into the restaurant for the evening on recommendation from friends. the chef must be kept under lock and key so that he doesn’t get poached away to other high flying restaurants suffice to say he’s skills in the kitchen were stunning the food was some of the best I’ve had and I travel a lot. we will definitely be back very soon . a big thank you to Alex and his team.

Amazing stay all staff were lovely warm friendly & welcoming, The room was clean and had what you needed it was very quiet . The barman on Saturday evening was brilliant and really chatty he made us feel very welcome 😁 Breakfast was incredible such a wide variety of choices from a full English to continental, fruit , cereal & yogurt & the chef was so helpful very happy to cook anything you requested . Would highly recommend & will definitely be staying again soon ♥️ xx

It's such a beautiful old authentic hotel, very tastefully decorated. Lovely friendly staff and amazing food. There was plenty of free off-street parking. I wish we could have stayed longer here. Don't hesitate to book this quaint hotel with loads of character.
